Jeannine Guillaume

    Marcell Bhangoo

    Specialties: Yoga

    Marcell is a mom, wife, sports executive for the Red Sox, and yoga teacher. She is dedicated and passionate about all. She’s been practicing yoga for decades and after many years of running she began aligning her yoga techniques toward building strength and mindfulness, eventually deepening that focus into teaching. She is RYT-200 certified and enjoys teaching a range of classes including gentle and restorative to a more fast paced core power yoga with a focus on Vinyasa style. Marcell believes yoga is for everyone, inclusive of all levels, bodies, and ages. If you are breathing than yoga is for you!

    Deb Brice

    Specialties:  Body Conditioning, Spinning

    Deb is an American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She has worked as an instructor with us for over 16 years. She is a competitive swimmer and a member of the Simmons University Masters Swim Team.  in 2017 Deb was inducted into the Wayland High School Athletic Hall of Fame (for swimming).

    Cindy Cameron

    Specialties:  Step, Cardio Sculpt, Muscle Conditioning, Hi-Lo

    Cindy is an American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified group exercise instructor. She has worked as an instructor with us for 32 years. She started as a member and enjoyed it so much she became certified to teach.

    Ally Cohen

    Specialties:  SHiNE Dance Fitness™, SHiNE Light Dance Fitness™

    Ally has been dancing for over 40 years. From jazz to ballet to hip hop, she found it all with SHiNE Dance Fitness™. Ally became certified as an instructor in August of 2022 and has been teaching this fun dance fitness format ever since. Ally is also certified in their Light platform, which is a low impact version of SHiNE with modified routines that meet the needs of all students.  

    Sandra Greenberg

    Specialties: Pilates and Barre

    Sandra is trained in Physical Mind, Stott and Balanced Body and she believes that low-impact workouts can change the body and mind. Her practice is all about precise and controlled movements with proper alignment. This technique has been proven to help sculpt strong and lean bodies, correct muscle imbalances, improve posture, balance and flexibility and releases tension.

    Jeannine Guillaume

    Specialties: Functional Movement Training, Whole Body Integrated Conditioning, Kickboxing, Personal Training

     Jeannine began teaching classes and training clients in 2007. She holds multiple certifications from AAAI/ISMA including levels 1, 2 and 3 Personal Training, Older Adult Fitness, Matt Pilates, and more. Jeannine is certified in Functional Movement Systems Level 1 and has most recently completed a kettlebell course and six week course in fascia fitness. She works with people of all fitness levels and ages and cherishes the ability to help people learn about their bodies as they gain strength and mobility. In Jeannine‘s classes, you will learn, not just the exercises, but the intention behind them.

    Paula Hatstat

    Specialties: Kickbox, Barre, Step, Conditioning, Pilates and "old school" Hi-Lo

    Paula has spent over 30 years helping people reach their fitness goals! She holds multiple certifications from  Fitour.

    Barb Norton

    Specialties: Cardio Interval, Barre, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor certification,  Personal Trainer certification 

    Barb has more than 25 years of experience. She teaches people of all fitness levels and all ages (children through seniors), she loves to motivate her students to reach their goals while having fun!

    Cheryl Umana

    Specialties:  Zumba, Ballet, Jazz, Tap

    Cheryl is a life-long dancer and has trained in ballet, jazz and tap. In 2010 she became a licensed Zumba instructor and an American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified group exercise instructor.  She  brings her dance background to this fun-filled high energy exercise class.  

    Christina Walsh

    Specialties:  Zumba, STRONG Nation

    Christina has always loved dance and being active. She started dance at the age of 3 and it has been a big part of her life ever since. She also always has had a passion for fitness, working out and attending group exercise classes. It wasn't until after having her daughter that she finally decided to become a Zumba instructor. After that she took the plunge and became a NASM personal and group personal trainer and STRONG Nation® Instructor. Loving this new chapter of her life, she knows it's never too late to do something you love. Teaching classes is the highlight of her week.
