DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES

Barre Fusion

This is a low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture and flexibility. Barre Fusion is a blend of some ballet, movement, functional strength and Pilates.  Various props will be used and options/alternatives will be given.

Cardio Dance

Enjoy easy-to-follow aerobic moves choreographed to the rhythm of your favorite songs . This format includes two of the most powerful mood enhancers - physical movement and the sound of music. Suitable for all levels of fitness and no dance experience is required.

Cardio Sculpt

Upper and lower body muscle work with spurts of cardio moves to get your heart rate up! A fun and full body workout!

Classic Kickboxing

This is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines punches, kicks, and bodyweight exercises, accompanied by upbeat music. Participants can expect improved cardiovascular endurance, increased strength, and better agility, coordination, and flexibility, while also benefiting from stress relief in a fun, engaging environment.

Classic Sculpt

Let's get back to basics....conditioning and sculpting to great tunes new and old. Are you ready for traditional squats, lunges, curls and presses?

Dance Choreography

This is a special class offered for a select time period. Join  Cheryl as she teaches you dance combinations with add-ons each week. All levels welcome!

Definitions

Condition your body using a variety of weighted/resistance equipment (found in your own home) to improve muscle definition and strength. This is a lower intensity muscle class with challenging options.

Full Body Barre & Cardio

Working with the barre, your own body weight, light weights, bands, and balls, you will engage in a full body toning session. Let's add in intervals of cardio spurts to get your heart pumping. This is a fun and upbeat workout!

Full-On Functional Movement

If you think you know what a muscle class looks like, think again. This class will change your perceptions about what movement means, about your capabilities and about how what we do in the classroom transfers to daily life. Using various weights and resistance bands, Jeannine will teach you how to become your strongest, most confident self. Get ready to thrive!

Line Dancing

Line dancing is a great way to exercise both your body and your brain. With easy to follow moves and full instruction throughout, you will learn beginner line dances from different genres including country, pop, and soul. Get ready to have a good time!

Mat Pilates

A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. 

Muscle Slay

First a cardio warm up, then standing full body strength exercises followed by mat work involving the core and  pilates.  This double approach, Standing and LAYing, will slay your muscles and give you the full body workout you've been looking for!

SHiNE Dance Fitness™

This fun cardio dance format uses hit music and choreography for all-abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. SHiNE is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community.

Total Body Burn

This is a high intensity session designed to target all major muscle groups. You will strengthen, sculpt, and torch calories by combining strength training with cardio intervals. While the purpose of this class is to challenge you, it is designed for all levels, with modifications offered for exercises. 

Yoga Strength, Balance & Core

Yoga really is the fountain of youth. A committed practice yields a strong and supple body and mind. In this class, you will enjoy the best yoga has to offer with vignettes of many styles of yoga. Each class will feature poses to strengthen your muscles, bones and joints, challenge your balance, connect with your entire core and improve your posture. There will be something for everyone. All levels welcome!

Zumba®

Zumba® is an easy and fun cardio dance fitness class using music and rhythms from around the world. All levels are welcome to join the party!
