This is a low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture and flexibility. Barre Fusion is a blend of some ballet, movement, functional strength and Pilates. Various props will be used and options/alternatives will be given.

This is an exciting new format which combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every punch is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll be toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Modifications for all of these moves will be given so don't let the class description scare you off. Come and give it a try!
